I originally created this community kind of as a place to share recipes...mostly recipes for 1 or 2 people and that are low fat/low calorie in nature. However, I find that I've been experimenting a lot with making Italian foods and baking... so that's not always low fat or geared for small portions. Anyway - everyone is welcome to join and share their own recipes. Please follow the rules:
1) If you're going to post a recipe, please make every effort to post serving size and nutritional information!
2) Posting pictures of your meal is not mandatory, but encouraged!
